Dodgers 10 - White Sox 3
The Dodgers remained tied with the Cubs atop the National League leader board by beating the White Sox 10-3 in a make up game Saturday afternoon. Cam Hanson got things started for the Dodgers in the second with a one out single. He eventually scored on a stolen base and two wild pitches.
Ike Neher walked to lead off the 3rd and quickly scored on a triple in the gap by hot hitting Trevor Foss. Foss scored on an infield error. Sam Markham drove in Tanner Davis who was safe on the error. Markham finished the scoring for the Dodgers scampering home on an another wild pitch.
The White Sox cut into the Dodger lead with a towering home run off of the bat of Abe Arndt. Arndt homered after Jake Nickols was hit by a pitch, and the White Sox clean up hitter was safe on an error.
The Dodgers put the game out of reach scoring 5 runs in their half of the 5th. J.T. McCrone led off with a walk. Trevor Foss followed with his second extra base hit of the game, a run scoring double in the right-center field gap. Foss' double was the first of 5 straight hits for the Dodgers in the inning.
